Protekt Group Holds the Key to Save the Environment

ˇ@In January 2008, Protekt Group LLC will introduce the tree-free,
waterproof, and decomposable paper in the United States. Traditionally,
it takes 27 grown trees to produce one metric ton of paper, but
this paper is made out of calcium carbonate and high-density polyethylene.
These are the main differences between these two types of papers.
ˇ@"Our goal is to save as many trees as possible for future
generations," said Jonathan Lu. The entire process does
not require felling any trees. In contrast to normal paper products,
this tree-free paper does not require any water. The tree-free paper
can be recycled for other non-paper items.
ˇ@"I believe the success of this product will benefit
not only the environment, but also the paper industry,ˇ¨ emphasized
Mr. Lu. This product hopefully will be able to change people's impact
on the environment. |
